Context
As a professional-services business grows, the same customer can appear in prospecting lists, conversations, proposals, invoices, project documents, analytics and content attribution. When each function lives in a different tool, the founder spends more time reconstructing context than making decisions.
Problem
A generic CRM can store contacts but rarely connects the full operating model. The business needs to know not only who a prospect is, but where the relationship came from, what content influenced it, what has been proposed, what has been delivered, what has been invoiced and which processes are waiting for human attention.
Approach
The system was designed around a shared data model rather than around a collection of dashboards. Commercial, finance, metrics and operations remain distinct domains, but they share identifiers, events and traceability.
System Developed
The operating system combines prospecting, professional networking, deal management, editorial production, LinkedIn activity, GA4 and Search Console metrics, finance controls, project operations and integrations. Background workflows write to a common data layer and the interface updates through realtime events.
Results
The system creates one operational view of the company while retaining human approvals for actions that should not be autonomous. It also provides a platform on which additional automations can be added without creating another disconnected tool.
