Context

Growing companies frequently reach a point where spreadsheets, ecommerce tools, accounting software and operational applications all contain a valid part of the truth. Replacing everything with a large ERP can be disproportionate, but leaving the systems disconnected creates duplicated work and weak decision visibility.

Problem

The business needs consistency across orders, suppliers, inventory, customers and finance while retaining the flexibility of specialised tools. The challenge is to build an operational backbone without turning the project into a multi-year platform replacement.

Approach

The design starts from shared business entities and the decisions that depend on them. Integration and data contracts come before dashboards. Workflows are automated where rules are stable and routed to people where exceptions matter.

System Developed

A modular ERP-style architecture links operational records, finance events, document evidence and reporting. It supports incremental integration with existing tools and exposes a consistent layer for management analytics, forecasting and future optimisation.

Results

The architecture provides a path from fragmented tools to a coherent operating system without requiring a single monolithic application. New modules can be added as the business grows and as their economic value becomes clear.
